- Markup-Pro MIS
These applications are business utility applications intended exclusively for authorized business
users of the Markup-Pro ERP platform. They are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.
SECTION 1: INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1.1 Registration & Authentication Information (Applicable to Markup-Pro MIS)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Username
- Password (securely transmitted using encrypted protocols)
1.2 Authentication Information (Applicable to Pulse Connect) - Username
- Password (securely transmitted)
1.3 Business Operational Data (Both Applications) - Product details
- Inventory data
- Sales reports
- Revenue data
- Purchase records
- Stock verification data
- Goods receiving records
- MIS dashboards and analytics
1.4 Device & Technical Information (Both Applications) - Device model and operating system version
- Application version
- Device identifiers
- Log files and diagnostic data
1.5 Permissions Used
Pulse Connect may request: - Camera access (for barcode scanning)
- Device storage access (for operational caching)
- Location access (for operational validation, if enabled)
Markup-Pro MIS does NOT request: - Camera access
- Location access
1.6 Analytics Information
Both applications may use third-party analytics services such as Google Firebase for crash
reporting, usage monitoring, and performance improvement.
SECTION 2: INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT
We do not collect:
- Biometric or facial recognition data
- Payment information
- Contacts or call logs
- Advertising identifiers for marketing purposes
* Personal consumer data unrelated to business use
SECTION 3: PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
Information is processed strictly for legitimate business purposes including:
- User authentication and secure access control
- ERP data synchronization
- Inventory and MIS operations
- Performance monitoring and troubleshooting
- Security and fraud prevention

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal or business data.

- On secure servers maintained by DMark Technologies Pvt Ltd

- Within the client’s ERP environment

transmissions are encrypted using HTTPS/SSL protocols.

We do not share personal or business data with third parties except:
